Aarti Wilson Joins the LCLD 2019 Class of Fellows

February 19, 2019

Willenken Wilson Loh & Delgado LLP is pleased to announce that Aarti Wilson, senior associate, has been selected to join the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) 2019 Class of Fellows. The LCLD created the landmark Fellows Program to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession.

Aarti is joining a select group of experienced attorneys from diverse backgrounds who have been recognized for their potential as leaders in their organizations. She will attend the LCLD 2019 Fellows First Meeting taking place March 1-3 in Austin, Texas to start the one-year program.

The firm is a proud member of LCLD, and a Willenken attorney has served as a fellow in every class year since 2014. Partners Eileen Ahern, Will Delgado, and Megan O’Neill are alumni of the LCLD Fellows Program.

“This is a great honor for Aarti,” said Willenken’s managing partner, Paul Loh. “We are thrilled to have her represent the firm and continue our participation in the LCLD Fellows Program for the sixth consecutive year.”

According to the LCLD president, Robert J. Grey, Jr., the LCLD Fellows Program offers participants “a year-long, in-depth program devoted to relationship-building, in-person training, peer-group projects, and extensive contact with LCLD’s top leadership and the best teachers in the business.”

Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 300 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession. The LCLD Fellows Program, which has trained more than 1,600 mid-career attorneys since 2011, is one of LCLD’s most important initiatives.
