Willenken Welcomes Justin Goodwin to the Firm as an Associate
Willenken Wilson Loh & Delgado LLP is pleased to announce that Justin T. Goodwin has joined the firm as an associate in the Los Angeles office.
Justin joins Willenken after practicing at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP for six years. There, he defeated class certification in numerous statewide and nationwide class and collective actions. He also secured several key appellate victories, including a Ninth Circuit decision recognized as a “Top 5 Appellate Reversal of 2014” by the Daily Journal.
At Willenken, Justin specializes in complex commercial and employment litigation, with a focus on class-action defense. He has represented Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes litigation across a broad spectrum of industries, including technology, manufacturing, energy, retail, media, and automotive. He also maintains an active pro bono practice. Justin’s recent pro bono victories include obtaining asylum for children who fled persecution in El Salvador and securing a permanent restraining order to protect a victim of domestic violence.

Justin received his B.A. from the University of California, Irvine and his J.D. from Stanford Law School.
